New Saturday Level I Class!  

We are adding a new Level I class on Saturdays. It will be from 11:30am to 12:30am.  

Are we having class today? 

Whenever you wonder if we are holding a class, whether for inclement weather or other reasons, please call the center, at 404-873-4948. When classes will be canceled, there will be a message on the recording announcing the cancellation. 

Meditation Class in Gwinnett County

Live in Gwinnett County? Interested in learning about meditation, spiritual growth and wholesome living? Join us for our classes at Serenity Lakes Wellness Center, Sundays from 3-4pm. (On a donation basis.)

Once-per-session Two-hour Class 

We hold a once-per-session 2 hour class, held on the last Friday of the sessions.  This class is free to session-enrolled students.  Note that these classes are geared more toward the students who have been taking the classes for a while.  See the schedule for the dates.  Please sign up for the class ahead of time.
